Authorities continued on Monday to investigate the death of a Fort Worth man whose body was pulled out of Eagle Mountain Lake on Sunday afternoon.

The Tarrant County medical examiner’s office identified the man as Kirk Stallings, 39. A ruling on the cause and manner of his death had not been determined because autopsy results were incomplete, according to the agency’s website.

Employees of Lakeview Marina found Stallings’ body shortly after 3 p.m. Sunday in the water near a dock.

Officers with the Tarrant Regional Water District and deputies with the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Department were investigating the death.

Authorities provided no other details.
