Fire destroys vacant Fort Worth apartment building

No injuries were reported in the Friday afternoon fire.

Fire destroyed a two-story vacant apartment building Friday in the city’s hospital district, fire officials said.

No injuries were reported in the blaze, which that occurred shortly after 1:30 p.m. at 904 W. Cannon St.

The cause of the fire was under investigation, fire officials said. The building was about a block east of Trimble Tech High School.
