Man critically wounded in Fort Worth shooting

A man was found critically wounded early Thursday at an apartment complex in northwest Fort Worth, police said.

The unidentified victim was taken by helicopter ambulance to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries shortly after midnight, police said.

No one had been arrested as of Thursday morning.

Patrol officers were dispatched to the Eagle’s Point Apartments, 8301 Boat Club Road, on a shooting call at 12:13 a.m. and discovered the wounded victim shortly after their arrival.

Homicide detectives were called to the scene.
