A Fort Worth man was killed early Sunday and his passenger was injured in a wreck on Interstate 35W, police said.

A motorist died Sunday from injuries he suffered in a one-car wreck on Interstate 35W near Meacham Boulevard, police said.

A passenger was seriously injured in the crash, which was reported about 1:30 a.m. Sunday.

The Tarrant County medical examiner’s office identified the victim as Isaac Trujillo, 21, of Fort Worth, who was pronounced dead at 6:11 a.m. Sunday at John Peter Smith Hospital.
