July 10

W. Broad Street, 1300 block: An incident involving criminal mischief between $20,000 and $100,000 was reported at a residence.

N. U.S. 287, 900 block: Chicken breast for fajitas, 12-pack of Coke, Angry Orchard Hard Cider variety pack and 24-pack of Dr Pepper worth $53.44 were stolen from a grocery store and an individual was arrested for theft of property less than $1,500 with two or more previous convictions.

W. Bethesda, 1700 block: An individual was arrested for theft of property.

E. Dallas Street, 1000 block: An incident involving failure to provide for non-livestock animals was reported.

S. Burleson Boulevard NB, 800 block: An individual was arrested for theft of property.

July 11

Heritage Parkway, 1600 block: An individual was arrested for driving while intoxicated for the third or greater time.

E. Plainview Drive, 600 block: An orange and black boy’s bike was reported stolen at a residence, totaling $120 in loss.

Tanglewood Drive, 1100 block: A burglar entered a home by damaging a wooden front door, and a Wii gaming system, XBox gaming system, rings and television were stolen, totaling $10,650 in loss.

N. Walnut Creek Drive, 700 block: The catalytic converter was stolen from a white 1998 Ford Econoline van in a church parking lot, totaling $600 in loss.

Hidden Glade Drive, 1200 block: A burglar entered a blue 2007 Toyota Matrix parked at a residence, and a pair of Oakley sunglasses and Smith and Wesson handcuffs were stolen, totaling $165 in loss.

S. Holland Road, 100 block: A lawn mower, edger and leaf blower were stolen from a residence, totaling $2,070 in loss.

N. U.S. 287, 1800 block: A Magnavox Slim TV worth $229.99 was stolen from a retail store and recovered and an individual was arrested for theft of property with two or more convictions.

July 12

N. U.S. 287, 1100 block: 0.390 grams of heroin in a red baggie, 0.230 grams of heroin in a black baggie and 4.35 grams of heroin in a white pill bottle were seized, a damaged vehicle was impounded and an individual was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

Britton Road, 4500 block: A Smith and Wesson semi-automatic pistol, weapon parts and ammunition worth $345 were found and picked up by police for safekeeping.

N. U.S. 287, 1800 block: Mozzarella pearls, prosciutto ham, two packages of chicken breasts, two beef steaks, bra and headphones worth $75.01 were stolen from a retail store and recovered and an individual was arrested for theft of property.

July 13

N. U.S. 287, 700 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

Matlock Road, 2300 block: An individual was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

Parkview Court, 100 block: A black 2012 Ford Mustang was keyed at a residence in an incident involving criminal mischief, totaling $800 in loss.

Lone Star Road, 6300 block: An individual was arrested for driving while intoxicated for the second time.

N. U.S. 287, 1500 block: A vehicle in poor condition was impounded, paraphernalia and 1.92 grams of marijuana were seized in an incident involving possession of drug paraphernalia, and an individual was arrested for speeding.

Kings Way Drive, 500 block: An incident involving assault causing bodily injury was reported.

July 14

N Walnut Creek Drive, 100 block: A gray 2014 Jeep Wrangler sustained damage totaling $2,000 in an accident, the suspect’s vehicle was wrecked, 7.73 grams of marijuana and paraphernalia were seized and an individual was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Carlin Road, 200 block: An individual was arrested for assault causing bodily injury.

Heritage Parkway S., 400 block: An unattended black 2013 Hyundai Elantra was damaged by a vehicle that did not stop, totaling $1,000 in loss.

Matlock Road, 2900 block: A brown wallet, Florida driver’s license, Social Security card and other credit cards were stolen from an individual at a store, totaling $100 in loss.

E. Broad Street, 3300 block: A pink and silver wallet containing credit and debit cards, currency, insurance card, calling card and Texas driver’s license were stolen from an individual at a store, totaling $180 in loss.

Clayton Drive, 1800 block: A Scag Turf Tiger mower worth $5,000 that had been reported stolen was found at a residence.

Towne Crossing Boulevard, 1700 block: An apartment complex incurred pecuniary loss when a brick fence was damaged by graffiti, totaling $100 in loss.

N. Walnut Creek Drive, 700 block: Two packages of OneTouch Ultra Blue diabetic test strips were stolen from a drug store, totaling $291.98 in loss.

Country Crest Lane, 1700 block: An unlocked white Chevrolet 3500 parked at a residence was burglarized, and a Magellan GPS system, large impact wrench and small impact wrench were stolen, totaling $1,160 in loss.

July 15

Breezy Oaks Drive, 1000 block: A blue 2010 Dodge Charger was stolen from a residence, totaling $25,000 in loss.

Lone Star Road, 1900 block: A roadway sign and a vehicle were damaged in a collision, totaling $100 in loss.

N. U.S. 287, 2000 block: Food and services worth $69.47 were stolen from a restaurant.

N. U.S. 287, 1800 block: A tank top, belt, pants, dress, makeup, perfume, nail polish and can of Campbell’s chicken noodle soup worth $108.97 were stolen from a retail store and recovered, and an individual was arrested for theft of property.

Breckenridge Road, 1500 block: An incident involving evading arrested or detention with a vehicle was reported.

N. Walnut Creek Drive, 700 block: An individual was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

S. Wisteria Street, 600 block: Ten cast-iron trench drain grates worth $1,600 were stolen and recovered at a construction site, a vehicle was impounded, and two individuals were arrested for theft of property.

July 16

W. Broad Street, 500 block: An individual was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

E. Debbie Lane, 1500 block: An individual was arrested for torture of non-livestock animals.

Towne Crossing Boulevard, 1700 block: An individual was arrested for aggravated assault with a firearm.

Flying L Lane, 1300 block: PVC pipe was recklessly damaged in an incident involving criminal mischief at a residence.

July 17

Sayers Drive, 300 block: An individual was arrested for criminal mischief.

Holley Creek Lane, 1400 block: A boy’s bike was found abandoned in a vacant lot.

FM 157, 1900 bloc An automobile accident was reported and an individual was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

E. Debbie Lane, 1600 block: Currency was stolen from an individual at a residence, totaling $890 in loss.
