April 11

Whispering Water Lane, 1400 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with drugs.

S. Main Street, 800 block: A trailer was seized for identification purposes in an incident involving tampering with identification numbers on personal property.

N. U.S. 287, 2500 block: 0.870 grams of methamphetamine, two methamphetamine pipes and a pair of binoculars were seized, a vehicle in fair condition was impounded and an individual was arrested in an incident involving possession of a controlled substance, failure to maintain financial responsibility and no motor vehicle registration or inspection displayed.

N. Main Street, 800 block: An individual was arrested for aggravated assault with a firearm.

N. Holland Road, 900 block: An incident involving assault by contact was reported.

April 12

W. Debbie Lane, 700 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

N. U.S. 287, 500 block: An incident involving aggravated robbery with a firearm was reported.

N. U.S. 287, 200 block: An individual was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

April 13

E. Broad Street, 3800 block: A vehicle was impounded and an individual was arrested in an incident involving driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .15 or greater.

Matlock Road, 1600 block: Hydromulch at a city park was damaged in an incident involving criminal mischief, totaling $1,500 in loss.

N. Walnut Creek Drive, 900 block: A Louis Vuitton wallet, credit and debit cards, Texas driver’s license, medical insurance card and a concealed handgun license were stolen from an individual at a store, totaling $945 in loss.

Kings Way Drive, 500 block: An individual was arrested for assault causing bodily injury.

April 14

E. Dallas Street, 1500 block: An unattended white 2013 Volkswagen Jetta was damaged by a vehicle whose driver did not stop, totaling $2,000 in loss.

Kendal Drive, 1500 block: A wrecked vehicle was impounded and an individual was arrested in an incident involving driving while intoxicated and an accident involving damage to a vehicle.

N. U.S. 287, 1800 block: A pink bathing suit, onesie, cargo shorts, black bathing suit, nail decoration kit, Leap Frog electronic card, earrings, bracelets, sleep pants, boxers, socks and men’s shorts worth $173.18 were stolen from a retail store and recovered and an individual was arrested for theft of property.

N. U.S. 287, 1800 block: Three packets of trading cards worth $29.97 were stolen from a retail store and recovered.

Yarmouth Lane, 1600 block: An individual was arrested for assault causing bodily injury.

Churchill Lane, 1600 block: Four tires on a red 2002 Ford F-150 were damaged in an incident of criminal mischief, totaling $250 in loss.

April 16

Millington Trail, 300 block: An incident involving assault causing bodily injury was reported.

Matlock Road, 1700 block: A Garmin GPS system, three purses, two holsters, iPod, golf cart keys, case, pencil case, 1852 collector’s coin, two iPad cases, DVD disk, car keys, Kenneth Cole wallet, school folder, wallet, birth certificate, driver’s license, monthly organizer, Infinity owner’s manual and school ID found in a suspect’s vehicle were confiscated by police, and a vehicle was impounded.

April 17

N. U.S. 287, 1400 block: A brick wall at a rental storage business was damaged by graffiti, totaling $300 in loss.

Matlock Road, 1700 block: An individual was arrested for possession of alcohol by a minor.

Matlock Road, 3200 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

Magnolia Street, 100 block: A window at an apartment complex was broken in an incident involving criminal mischief, totaling $250 in loss.

S. Queens Court, 300 block: An unattended blue 2009 Chevy Cobalt was damaged by a vehicle that did not stop, totaling $1,500 in loss.

N. Main Street, 1000 block: An incident involving a terroristic threat causing fear of imminent serious bodily injury was reported.

N. U.S. 287, 1800 block: Currency worth $1,400 was stolen from an individual in a parking lot.

April 18

FM 157, 1600 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

Cardinal Road, 1600 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

FM 157, 1400 block: A vehicle was impounded and an individual was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

FM 917, 2900 block: An incident involving criminal mischief was reported and an individual was arrested.

S. Texas 360, 400 block: A red 2006 Chevy 2500 pickup worth $18,000 that had been reported stolen was recovered in poor condition along the highway.

N. Main Street, 1000 block: An individual was arrested for criminal trespass.

N. U.S. 287, 1800 block: Perfume, shorts, bras, nail polish, Yankee candles, gift bag and tissue paper worth $129.09 were stolen from a retail store and recovered, and an individual was arrested for theft of property less than $1,500 with two or more previous convictions.

N. U.S. 287, 1800 block: Hello Kitty products, jewelry and movie on DVD worth $76.95 were stolen from a retail store and recovered and an individual was arrested for theft of property.

Water Park Circle, 4000 block: A burglar used hands, fists and feet to damage a locked back door and door frame while forcibly entering a new home under construction, and two double ovens, stainless microwave oven, stainless gas cooktop stove and stainless GE dishwasher were stolen, totaling $4,158 in loss.

S. U.S. 287, 100 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with drugs and a second individual was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Waterford Glen Drive, 4300 block: 26 pieces of oriented strand board were stolen from a new home construction site, totaling $125 in loss.

April 19

N. Main Street, 1000 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

N. Texas 360, 300 block: A burglar unlawfully entered a residential construction site, and an air-conditioning unit, condenser unit and air handler were stolen, totaling $2,000 in loss.
