February 1

Highland Drive, 1500 block: A burglar entered a locked black 2009 GMC Sierra by damaging a window, and a wallet, Oakley sunglasses and an iPhone 5S were stolen, totaling $1,045 in loss.

FM 157, 1900 block: A handgun and ammunition were seized for safekeeping after an arrest.

FM 157, 1200 block: An individual was arrested for driving without a driver’s license.

Commerce Drive, 1700 block: The rear window of a black 2007 Chevy Equinox was damaged in a parking lot in an incident involving criminal mischief, totaling $221 in loss.

February 2

Queens Court, 300 block: An incident involving assault causing bodily injury for the second time within 12 months was reported.

E. Broad Street, 1600 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

Hillcrest Street, 400 block: An individual was arrested for assault causing bodily injury for the second time within 12 months.

Heritage Parkway S., 500 block: Officers collected three knives, five credit or identification cards, a Mason coin and a cell phone to return to the owner of these items.

N. U.S. 287, 1800 block: A suspect was arrested in an incident involving fraudulent destruction, removal or concealment of writing, and two shirts, a blanket and a gift bow worth $53.96 were recovered at a retail store.

February 3

N. U.S. 287, 1800 block: Huggies wipes, green grapes, Bisquick, strawberries, blueberries, a 24-pack of Diet Coke, tortillas, cottage cheese, cauliflower, broccoli, dark chocolate M&Ms, parmasan cheese, pretzel M&Ms, spices, Starbucks strawberry lemonade, honey, butter, dishwasher detergent, toilet tissue, shirts, swimwear, active wear, baby lotion, cleansing fluid, bath oil, bath soak, a brush organizer, cosmetic brushes and mascara worth $352.71 were stolen from a retail store and recovered and an individual was arrested for theft of property.

S. U.S. 287, 100 block: A silver ring was stolen from a retail store, totaling $40 in loss.

Monte Carlo Drive, 1500 block: A yellow ax was found abandoned at a single-family residence.

N. U.S. 287, 2000 block: A wallet containing a Texas driver’s license, a Social Security card, currency, gift cards, debit and credit cards and a check were stolen from a store, totaling $306 in loss.

N. Main Street, 1100 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

February 4

N. U.S. 287, 900 block: A black 2012 Chevy Camaro was vandalized in a parking lot in an incident involving criminal mischief, totaling $1,500 in loss.

Cardinal Oaks Drive, 1100 block: An individual was arrested for entering or remaining in a park after closing.

Matlock Road, 2900 block: Three packages of maple bacon, two packages of Tyson chicken wings, two packages of Johnsonville sausage, four packages of ribeyes, two packages of pork chops, two packages Jimmy Dean sausage rolls, potatoes, mandarin oranges and a case of Bud Ice Light worth $139.08 were stolen from a grocery store and recovered.

FM 1187, 100 block: An individual was arrested for theft of property.

W. Debbie Lane, 700 block: Currency was stolen from a bar or night club, totaling $205 in loss.

E. Broad Street, 1500 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with drugs.

W. Debbie Lane, 700 block: A silver 2010 Ford F250 was vandalized in a parking lot in an incident involving criminal mischief, totaling $1,500 in loss.

February 5

Forest Glen Drive, 100 block: A burglar unlawfully entered a single-family residence through the garage, and Proactiv skin care products, five belly button rings, two bracelets, two neckalces, four rings, two house keys, a Texas driver’s license, seventeen shirts, two pairs of pants, four pairs of shorts, two skirts, four purses, fifteen pieces of underwear, a belt, cosmetics, a paper lantern, an Apple iPod, an HTC Vivid cell phone and five Living Buddhism prayer books worth $1,029.50 were stolen and recovered.

Roosevelt Court, 100 block: An individual was arrested for probation violation for the burglary of a habitation.

Remington Ranch Road, 1100 block: An individual was arrested for assault causing bodily injury.

Pleasant Ridge Drive, 500 block: Two individuals were arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

February 6

Holly, 8800 block: An individual was arrested for unauthorized use of an automobile.

S. Texas 360, 500 block: An individual was arrested for driving while intoxicated for the second time.

E. Broad Street, 3800 block: An incident involving robbery with a firearm was reported.

Xavier Drive, 800 block: A Chase bank debit card was stolen at a single-family residence in an incident involving the fraudulent use or possession of identifying items, totaling $100 in loss.

Bertram Drive, 1700 block: Auto body parts of a green 2005 GMC Sierra were damaged in an incident involving criminal mischief using personal weapons, hands, fists or feet, totaling $1,000 in loss.

February 7

N. Main Street, 500 block: An individual was arrested for a parole violation.

N. Main Street, 1700 block: An individual was arrested for speeding.

E. Broad Street, 1500 block: Three cases of Coors Light beer and two cartons of Newport cigarettes were stolen from a convenience store, totaling $184.15 in loss.

E. Broad Street, 1500 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication.

N. Walnut Creek Drive, 100 block: 2.550 grams of Alprazolam were seized into evidence, a vehicle was impounded, and an individual was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

E. Broad Street, 700 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

N. Walnut Creek Drive, 900 block: A Sony Playstation Dual Shock Controller worth $59.96 was stolen from a retail store and recovered, and two individuals were arrested for theft of property.

Adventus Court, 200 block: 40 company yard signs were stolen from a construction site, totaling $4,000 in loss.

Churchill Lane, 1600 block: An individual was arrested for aggravated assault.

N. Walnut Creek Drive, 900 block: A USB cable and a cell phone screen protector worth $74.73 were stolen from a retail store and recovered, and two individuals were arrested for theft of property.

February 8

Chapel Hill Drive, 1100 block: An incident involving deadly conduct, discharging a firearm, was reported.

Matlock Road, 2200 block: Ammunition, weapon parts and a handgun were seized into evidence and an individual was arrested for the unlicensed carrying of a weapon.

Matlock Road, 3100 block: An individual was arrested for theft.
