Lois McCubbin trusted the men standing at her front door offering to repair, for a reasonable price, drywall cracked by the shifting foundation of her North Richland Hills home. Instead, they searched the house and stole a credit card and her husband's wedding ring.
Since installing red light cameras in 2013, the City of Frisco says it has seen a decrease in intersection and rear-ending collisions. The Frisco police chief says the main goal of the cameras is to reduce traffic accidents, because "it's a conscious decisions to run those red lights."
