Living Church celebrates Easter
Living Church is celebrating Easter Sunday at 9:15 a.m. and 11 a.m. April 20 at Aristide Event Center, 570 N. Walnut Creek Drive. Walnut Ridge hosts Big Feed
Walnut Ridge Church is motivated to care for people in our community by Matthew 25:40 “ I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.” In response, we encourage you join us for the Big Feed! Pick up your grocery bags, fill and return them to Walnut Ridge Church. Food collection continues throughout April for distribution to area food banks. Women can take recovery study
First Methodist Mansfield is offering a new Celebrate Recovery Step Study for women on Tuesdays from 9-11 a.m. A key ingredient to Celebrate Recovery, these gender-specific Step Studies utilize the 12 steps and eight principles based on the teachings of Jesus in the Beatitudes, helping participants deal with their own hurts, habits and hang-ups. Zambian orphans to perform
First Methodist Mansfield is hosting a special Celebrate Life concert at 6 p.m. April 27 in the sanctuary for Lifesong for Orphans. Lifesong works to bring joy and purpose to orphans across the world. This benefit concert will feature six children from their school in Kitwe, Zambia, singing traditional Zambian songs as well as performing with award-winning Christian artist Cheri Keaggy. Easter services planned at Performing Arts Center
First Methodist Mansfield invites you to celebrate Easter with your neighbors at the Mansfield ISD Center for the Performing Arts this year. There will be a contemporary service at 6 p.m. April 19 and at 9 a.m. April 20. There will also be a traditional service at 11 a.m. April 20. The MISD Center for the Performing Arts is located at 1110 W. Debbie Lane in Mansfield. The church is also offering a sunrise service at 7 a.m. April 20 at Town Park, 500 N. Main Street. Leadership seminar slated for May 9
First Methodist Mansfield and the Mansfield school district are co-hosting this year's Leadercast simulcast at the MISD Center for the Performing Arts from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. May 9. Leadercast is for anyone who wants to improve their leadership skills. Consider bringing your team and potential customers to this event. Living Word walks the cross
Living Word Outreach Fellowship invites you to participate on Good Friday with the “Walking The Cross” event in Mansfield on the evening of April 18. We have a route we follow with stops along the way where we pray for national, state and city governments, churches, businesses and schools. We cordially invite others to join us in this walk to also remind the community of the supreme price Jesus paid for our salvation. Church plans five Easter services
Join the celebration of Christ’s resurrection at one of Mansfield Bible Church’s five Easter Sunday services. There will be three contemporary services, 8 a.m. (no childcare), 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. At 11 a.m., there will also be a traditional service and a service in Spanish.
