Holocaust survivor shares story
Holocaust survivor Alexandra Goode will share the story of her experience in a Nazi labor camp, her parents’ flight to Yugoslavia, and her father’s aid to the resistance of the Soviet Union at a Women’s Breakfast at Mansfield Bible Church from 9-11 a.m. May 2 at Mansfield Bible Church, 1251 Country Club Drive. The cost is $5 and registrations must be made online at www.MBCchurch.com by April 26.
Moms of struggling children invited to join group
Do you have a child struggling with anger, depression, anxiety or any other hurts, habits or hang-ups? If so, First Methodist Mansfield has a new Celebrate Recovery community for you. It is called Hurting Parents of Struggling Children. This group is open to women with children who are struggling with any type of issue.

As a part of First Methodist Mansfield’s Celebrate Recovery program, this group meets from 7:30-8:30 p.m. Thursdays immediately after the 6:30 p.m. Celebrate Recovery worship hour. You are encouraged to bring your first- through sixth-graders to Celebration Station or seventh- through 12th-graders to The Landing meeting at the same time.
