Man walking on 360 in Fort Worth struck, killed

Police said the driver was not suspected of wrongdoing.

A pedestrian was killed about 8:45 p.m. Sunday when he was hit by a southbound sport utility vehicle in the 4200 block of Texas 360, said Fort Worth police spokeswoman Tracey Knight.

On Monday morning, police still had not determined why the 23-year-old man was either standing or walking on the freeway, Knight said.

The SUV driver stopped, was interviewed by police and was not charged with anything, Knight said.

“He was not suspected of any wrongdoing and was eventually released,” Knight said.
