The shoe store employee killed during a robbery at the Arlington store on Tuesday was shot in the head, the Tarrant County medical examiner reported Friday.

Police found Randy Pacheco, 23, of Dallas dead in the rear of the Red Wing Shoes store in the 3100 block of South Cooper Street.

The Red Wing Shoe Co. has offered a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the assailant.

Arlington detectives released a video of the robber walking through the store holding a gun. He was wearing a gray hooded sweatsuit and a mask, and was being followed by a small black-and-white dog that police said belonged to Pacheco.

The video can be seen on the Arlington police YouTube page at www.youtube.com/user/arlingtonpolicemedia.

Police are also searching for the driver of a late 1990s or early 2000s light-colored Toyota Tacoma pickup with a lift and oversize tires that was seen in the area.
