Arlington police are seeking a teen suspected of stealing a victim's phone at gunpoint in February. A second suspect has been detained.
Joseph Zerr-Meneses is at large while the other suspected robber, Keyon Flynn, surrendered to the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office on Friday, according to police. Both are 17.
The pair are suspected of luring an individual to the 4000 block of Lacy Court on Feb. 16 with an offer to purchase a phone, and then shooting at the victim, police said.
The teens are suspected of firing multiple shots at the seller and then stealing the phone. The victim was not injured and the suspects fled, according to police.
The remaining suspect is considered armed and dangerous, and residents should contact police if they see him.
