Crash kills 1 in Arlington

A man was killed Friday when the car he was riding in crashed in Arlington, police said.

The man, whose name was not released, was a passenger in a 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt traveling north on State Highway 360 near North Watson Road about 2:30 a.m. Friday.

The driver lost control of the vehicle, struck the curb and rolled down the embankment onto the service room, police said in a news release. The passenger, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the car. He died Friday afternoon at Medical Center of Arlington.

Arlington police are still investigating the crash.
