Woman killed in shooting at Fort Worth apartment

An unidentified Hispanic woman was killed Friday in a shooting at her Fort Worth apartment.
Police were dispatched to a shooting call at 11:08 p.m. Friday to Sycamore Pointe Apartments at the 2200 block of Shane Avenue in south Fort Worth. Officers found a black man and a Hispanic woman with gunshot wounds when they arrived, said Corp. Tracey Knight.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene and the man was in stable condition at an area hospital. The two have a child together, police said.
Police are investigating whether the shooting was an attempted murder and suicide. — Taylor Prater
