Alliance Town Center, the sprawling shopping-and-dining center in far north Fort Worth, seems to have an endless ability to grow. Just this week, DFW.com contributor Andrew Marton reviews The Rock Wood Fired Kitchen, which opened in October in the northeast corner of the center.
Now comes news from Hillwood Properties, developer of AllianceTexas, that a location of PinStack will open in early 2016 in Alliance Town Center. And it will be big: The bowling, dining, etc. center is being described as a 50,000-square-foot entertainment venue. We’re reminded of Main Event, but, you know, different.
PinStack, which will be at the intersection of Hillwood Parkway and always-busy Heritage Trace Parkway, will include full-size bowling lanes, private lanes and other attractions, including a full-service restaurant with a “chef-inspired” menu and a full bar with craft cocktails and extensive beer and wine selections, per a press release.
This will be the second location of PinStack, and the first isn’t open yet: As reported earlier this year by the Dallas Busines Journal and Eater Dallas, a location is due to open soon in west Plano. PinStack comes from Entertainment Properties Group, which operates the It’Z Family Food & Fun entertainment centers, including one in Euless.
