HURST — The robber wanted more than just a taco.

An unidentified man walked up to a Taco Bell drive-through window Oct. 28, displayed a handgun and demanded cash, according to a police report.

No shots were fired.

The holdup happened about 11 p.m. in the 700 block of West Pipeline Road.

The man, wearing a ski mask, went to the window and grabbed a cash tray, police said.

After taking the tray, he ran a short distance and jumped into a black sport utility vehicle, police said.

The bandit may not have been finished.

Authorities believe that the same man robbed fast-food restaurants in Euless, Arlington and Fort Worth that same night.
