Free outdoor film series at the Amon Carter Museum

Pack a picnic and bring the family to watch a free movie on the lawn of the museum.

Making my way through motherhood, one moment at a time

Beginning May 29, the Amon Carter Museum will offer a free outdoor film series called “Sunset Cinema.” You can pack a picnic dinner and bring blankets to watch the series on the museum lawn.

The lawn opens at 6 p.m. and if you arrive early, you can enjoy a tour of the museum from 7 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. Films begin at 8:30 p.m.

May 29: Alfred Hitchcock’s Vertigo (1958; PG)

June 26: Toy Story (1995; G)

July 31: Chicago (2002; PG-13)
