A former Boswell High School English teacher accused of sending sexually suggestive text messages to a student has been indicted by a Tarrant County grand jury.
Heather Dominique Jackson, 37, was indicted Monday on a charge of having an improper relationship with a student. She was placed on administrative leave in May by the Eagle Mountain-Saginaw school district and was arrested in June.
The 16-year-old male student told investigators that Jackson sent messages to him on Facebook and began texting him.
Jackson's attorney has said the student's comments are "false accusations." She is out on $3,500 bail.
