You and your spouse go together like milk and cookies. Your kids are a bunch of Minions. Your squad travels tighter than a box of crayons.
Have you been a part of a group Halloween costume? Have you dressed your family members to fit a theme?
Whether it’s kids outfitted as the Frozen characters or Mom and Dad as Donald and Hillary, your photos are probably precious, and the world should get to see them. We’d like readers to share snaps of their group-themed Halloween costumes for possible inclusion in an upcoming Life & Arts story.
To be considered for publication in the story in print and online, please follow these instructions:
Attach no more than two photos to an email with the subject line “Group Halloween Costume” and send to firstname.lastname@example.org or cortega@star-telegram. Photos should be high-resolution .jpgs. If sending from your phone, choose “Actual Size” setting. In the body of the email, include your name, city of residence and phone number (not for publication), and tell us a few words about the photo, including the names of the people in the photo, if you have them.
By social media:
Upload photos to your personal Instagram, Twitter or Facebook account and use the hashtag #STHalloween. Find and tag one of the Star-Telegram’s social media accounts in your post. (Example: Tag @startelegram or @stfeatures on Twitter, @startelegram on Instagram and Fort Worth Star-Telegram on Facebook.) Make sure your privacy settings are on “public.” Be sure to include a short description of your photo.
A few guidelines:
- People submitting photos must be residents of North Texas.
- Photos can be from past years.
- By sending or posting a submission, you are agreeing to let the Star-Telegram use the image and name in print, online and on social media.
- Deadline for photos to be considered for print publication is 9 a.m. Monday.
- The photos will be published in print and online Oct. 30.
