▪ Guided nature hikes will continue this summer, beginning at 9 a.m. Saturdays, at the Fort Worth Nature Center and Refuge.
Join a come-and-go wildflower craft, 2-3:30 p.m. Saturday, or study the diversity of the local spider community at 1-2:30 p.m. Sunday. Each activity is $5 plus admission ($2-$5), free for members.
From 8 to 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, there will be a full-moon paddle on the West Fork of the Trinity River. All equipment is provided. Registration required. It’s $20 plus admission.
Also, a canoe tour of the Trinity begins at 9 a.m. Aug. 12.
