1 ounce St-Germain
2 ounces citrus vodka
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/4 ounce simple syrup
Brut rosé or Brut champagne
Strawberry, for garnish, or 1 ounce muddled strawberries
Shake and strain first four ingredients over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with strawberry, or stir in the muddled strawberries for fruit-filled flavor.
Passionate kiss martini
1 ounce SKYY Infusions Passion Fruit vodka
1 ounce raspberry liqueur
2 ounces pineapple juice
Strawberry, for garnish
Pour all ingredients in a mixing pint filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with two thin slices of strawberry floating on the surface of the cocktail.

4 frozen Bing cherries
1 ounce SKYY Infusions Cherry vodka
1/2 ounce Luxardo maraschino liqueur
Splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice
Gently muddle cherries and vodka in a mixing pint. Add ice, liqueur and lemon juice and shake. Strain into a champagne flute and top with prosecco. Garnish with lemon zest.
Absolut chocolate pears cocktail
1 ounce Absolut Pears vodka
Splash hazelnut liqueur
1 ounce chocolate liqueur
1 ounce cream
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a piece of chocolate.
Mix tip: The chocolate sank to the bottom of the glass. Garnish with a chocolate-rimmed glass or shaved chocolate instead.
