DALLAS -- Three men were taken into custody early Monday following a shooting incident at Club Che, a popular Dallas night club, police said.
Off-duty police officers were outside the club breaking of a fight around 2 a.m. when an officer witnessed a man inside a car point a rifle at the group involved in the disturbance, police said. The suspect in the car then began shooting at the group, police said.
One of the officers then returned the gunfire but the suspects were able to leave the club at 10333 W. Technology Blvd., according to police.
No one was injured in the gunfire.
The suspects were later stopped near West Davis and Loop 12, police said. At least one of the men in the car will be charged with aggravated assault on a public servant and evading arrest in a motor vehicle.
Names of all three suspect had not been released late Monday morning.
