Traffic was clogged early Tuesday on the west side of Fort Worth because of an accident on eastbound Interstate 30 at Alemeda Street, according to a police report.
The accident, which was reported at 6:41 a.m., involved a gray pickup striking a guardrail and it was blocking a left lane, the report stated.
The wreckage was cleared by 8 a.m., but traffic was clenched and slowly unwinding from West Loop 820 to the area around Ridgmar Mall.
No injuries were reported.

Meanwhile, traffic was unwinding at 7:30 a.m. on westbound Interstate 20 in Forest Hill following a quadruple-injury accident.
The wreck reportedly involved two tractor-trailers, according to broadcast reports.
It was located between the intersections with Anglin Drive and Hartman Road, Traffic.com reported.
Four people were taken to John Peter Smith Hospital, said a dispatcher for MedStar Ambulance Service.
