Pet of the week

Monday, Jun. 03, 2013

I am a 5-month-old mixed breed dog- possibly a German Shepherd/Lab mix. I was living the good life until someone in the family started sneezing. It appeared to be my fault so I had to leave. Many people were crying when I was dropped off at the shelter but I kept smiling and wagging my tail as I didn't really know what was happening. I've now been here for a few days and realize why everyone was crying. I'm not going to be sad though because I know there is someone else out there who will love me, take me for walks and play fetch with me. I just hope they come and meet me soon as life in a cage is not for me. I get so excited when the volunteers take me out for a walk and they all love my happy personality. If you are thinking of adding a new pet to your family, please visit me at the Keller shelter or contact staff for more details at 817-743-4516 or at animalservices@cityofkeller.com.
