I recently bought the Shark Steam Pocket Mop from Bed Bath & Beyond . Most of my floors are hardwood and they're such a chore to clean. I watched the infomercials for the H2O Mop Ultra and the Shark Steam Pocket Mop and was really torn on which one to get. The Shark Steam Pocket Mop has multiple heads where the H2O Mop Ultra does not. However, the perk of the H2O Mop Ultra is that you can remove the tank to steam clean other household objects. I went to the H2O Mop Ultra website and noticed that they have live chat. I had a few question so I clicked the button. That turned out to be a big waste of time. I had two questions. #1 How long is the power cord and #2 How wide is the mop head? I received the same answer for both. I don't remember the answer word for word but I was basically told that I didn't need to worry because they were sure that all those questions would be answered in the owners manual and I could look it up for myself when I received the item. After that response, the H2O Mop Ultra was no longer considered. Now, I had to decide whether to buy the Shark Steam Pocket Mop online or at Bed Bath and Beyond. I decided to go with BB&B since I had a 20% off coupon, and if I didn't like it, I could simply take it back to the store. I did notice that the accessories that come with the mop at BB&B were different than the one online.  The one online comes with three interchangeable mop heads (triangle, rectangle & extra wide rectangle), four reusable cleaning pockets, and a carpet glider. The one at BB&B comes with two interchangeable mop heads (triangle & rectangle) and five reusable cleaning pockets, and a carpet glider. I was a little bummed that it didn't come with the extra wide head, but I decided to buy it anyway. Besides, if I bought it online, I would have paid $119.99 plus taxes, which would be $129.89, however, I paid $103.91 after discount and taxes at BB&B.When I got home, I couldn't wait to try it out. I immediately started sweeping. After sweeping. I assembled the mop. I loved how supper easy it was to put together. I plugged it in and filled the tank. After that,  I had to wait around 30 seconds before I could start mopping.  Seriously, it was that easy. I have never enjoyed mopping my floors but this was actually kind of fun. The sticky juice on my floor came right up! I just love this mop!About a week after I had the mop, I decided to buy the extra wide head at BB&B. The extra wide head was $29.99 and they let me use the coupon for "$10 off your purchase of $30 or more".  The extra wide head come with two reusable cleaning pockets. After purchasing this separate, I spent a total of $125.55 for everything, and I have three additional mop heads, that I wouldn't have, if I bought it online. Happy mopping!
