Suspect sought in two Arlington bank robberies
ARLINGTON -- Police are investigating two bank robberies on Lamar Boulevard on Friday that appear to be related.
The first robbery was reported at 9:05 a.m. at Compass Bank, 921 W. Lamar Blvd., said Lt. Blake Miller, Arlington police spokesman. Two hours later, a man believed to be the same suspect robbed the Comerica Bank at 707 E. Lamar.
Police are still searching for the man.
