Correction

A recycled-water pipeline being built from Fort Worth to Dallas/Fort Worth Airport is projected to carry 429 million gallons a year in 2010, and the rate could increase to 1 billion gallons a year by 2019. The projections were incorrect in a Monday article about the project.
