Please include a complete description of your event. This form should be submitted at least two weeks before the event.
Please note: date format should read MM/DD/YYYY (for example, 02/20/2009)

Submitting photos
To submit photos, go to click.star-telegram.com and follow the upload instructions. Photos should be at least 200 dpi and at least 6 inches on the longest side. Do not crop or alter the photograph in any way.Everyone in the photo MUST be identified. No one person may appear in more than one photo per event.

The decision to publish photos from an event is strictly at the discretion of the Star-Telegram. The Star-Telegram will retain all rights to photographs published in the Star-Telegram.

If you want to purchase a print of a photograph, visit our galleries site at click.star-telegram.com. Search for your image using a person's name or the name of the event. Once you find the image, you will see a button to purchase the image. Follow the instructions on our photo sales website.Click
