Sabrina Hamilton said the Quilters' Guild of Arlington works to preserve and encourage the art of quilt-making. The group is donating miniature quilts for a silent-auction fundraiser for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and donates quilts to the Ronald McDonald House for children undergoing medical treatment in Tarrant County.
The group meets at 6:30 p.m. the second Tuesday of each month at the center.
