The 1,174 Tarrant County homes posted for the June 2008 foreclosure auction is 1 percent less than the postings from a year ago, according to figures released Thursday from Foreclosure Listing Service. It’s the first time in 8 months that foreclosure postings are lower than the same month the year before.
For the second quarter, Tarrant County had 3,842 postings, an 18 percent increase from the second quarter of 2007.
