Polygamist leader: 'I am not the prophet. I have been deceived'

Warren Jeffs, the jailed leader of the polygamist sect known as the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, says he was not called to lead after the death of his father. A recently released book, "Escape," by a former wife of powerful FLDS member Merril Jessop, says it was Jeffs' extremism that caused her to flee. Among other rulings, he assigned girls as young as 14 to be married to older men, sometimes their own relatives.
