Do the Romo deal now, or wait till after the season?
Quarterback Tony Romo's contract expires after this season. The Cowboys hoped to get something done on it before the season, but obviously that has changed.Romo, who will earn $1.5 million in 2007, was said to be looking at contract numbers between $48 million and $62 million over the next six years.Owner Jerry Jones has indicated he is willing to pay him a tidy sum.
