IRVING — Of course NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell appointed four women to address domestic violence, but there is a need and an opportunity for women to be heard on subjects beyond cheerleading, or as a public relations token.
If you are going to invite women into the room, don’t just put them in the corner and say, “Speak when spoken to.” Give them a spot at the big table and actually listen. Read more
