The new "shelters" are useless. The rain pours through the opening in the roof’s center and there’s no shelter whatsoever from the sun. The program hasn’t had new dresses for 15 years! Add that the fast lane is not the slow lane, the middle lane is not the slower lane, and the slow lane is not the fast lane! And for heaven’s sake, learn to yield to traffic exiting the freeway.
