Arlington, TX (SportsNetwork.com) - Robbie Grossman snapped an 0-for-28 slide in a big way, smacking a solo homer among his four hits, two RBI and two runs scored as the Houston Astros defeated the Texas Rangers, 8-4, to sweep a three-game set.

George Springer belted a two-run shot and Carlos Corporan added a two-run double for Houston, which had dropped seven straight coming into the series.

Springer also showcased his glove, robbing Alex Rios of an extra-base hit in the third inning when he made an incredible leaping grab at the warning track before crashing face-first into the wall.

Dallas Keuchel (9-5) allowed four runs on eight hits and a walk over 6 2/3 frames to notch the win.

Yu Darvish (8-5) struck out eight, but surrendered six runs on 10 hits over six frames for the Rangers, who have lost 18 of their last 21 games.

"He left some pitches in some bad spots in bad situations," Rangers manager Ron Washington said of Darvish.

The game was tied 4-4 after five innings before the Astros plated a pair in the sixth and seventh frames to surge ahead. Jon Singleton and Chris Carter singled around a Matt Dominguez pop out to begin the sixth before Corporan sliced a double the other way that just got down before a sliding Shin-Soo Choo could get to it, plating Singleton and Carter.

Grossman hit a one-out single in the seventh and Springer followed with his two-run shot to right and give Houston an 8-4 advantage.

Texas opened the scoring with a run in the first, but Houston pushed across two runs in the top of the second. Alex Rios whacked a two-out double in the first and scored on an Adrian Beltre base hit to right.

Corporan hammered a two-out double in the second and came around to score on Enrique Hernandez's triple off the base of the wall in left. He later came home on a Darvish wild pitch.

The Rangers, though, answered with three runs in the home half. Dan Robertson cracked a two-run double and Choo added a sacrifice fly to give the hosts a 4-2 lead.

Houston plated a run in the third and another in the fifth to tie it.

Grossman's RBI single in the third and his solo blast down the right-field line in the fifth allowed the Astros to knot the contest.
