The Omni Fort Worth Hotel’s Water Horse pool bar — with its expansive views, cozy furniture and island-time atmosphere — makes even local staycationers feel like they’re lounging at a hidden beach resort, not a few floors above the streets of downtown. Located on the luxury hotel’s breezy rooftop terrace, the bar is also home to this refreshing Cranberry Mint Margarita, which is sweetened with a splash of agave nectar. Find it on the Water Horse’s new cocktail and bar bites menu this summer.
