Tom Klein of Sabre may be excused for misspelling the Kimbell Art Museum “Kimball” (”Back Brand USA’s tourism gains,” May 23).

But in the 42 years since the Kimbell opened, this unfortunately happens far too often.

Most oldtimers in Fort Worth are aware of the great generosity of Kay and Velma Kimbell in leaving the bulk of their substantial estates and art collection to create and endow the Kimbell to be, in Kay’s words, “a museum of the first class.”
