Editor's Note: This article has been amended to reflect all the candidates on the ballot for the Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District's board of trustees election. Early voting for the general election ended on May 6, but voters will head to the polls on May 10 for the general election for city council places and school board seats.

Each city has its own polling locations, which will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Voters should come with their voter registration certificate and an accepted form of photo identification including drivers license, military identification card, citizenship certificate, passport and more.

Colleyville

Polling will take place in Bransford Elementary School, 601 Glade Road.

City Council incumbent Stan Hall and challenger Chris Putnam are on the ballots for Place 3.

Grapevine

Polling takes place at the Grapevine Convention Center, 1209 South Main St.

Four candidates are running to replace city councilman Roy Stewart for Place 6. The candidates are Duff O’Dell, Deverick P. Jordan, Marc Blum and LuAnn Chapman Gatts.

Southlake

Southlake has two polling locations because the city resides in both Tarrant and Denton counties.

Residents on the Denton County side can vote at the Trophy Club Svore Municipal Building, 100 Municipal Drive.

Tarrant County residents can poll at Carroll Senior High, 1501 W. Southlake Blvd.

City Council incumbent Martin Schelling is running against challenger Shahid Shafi for Place 1. City council veterans Gary Fawks and Virginia Muzyka are running for Pamela Muller’s, deputy mayor pro tem, Place 6.

Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District

Grapevine-Colleyville school district’s board of trustees has two contested seats.

Jesse G. Rodriguez, incumbent, is running against Troy Greisen for Place 5.

Incumbent Jorge Rodriguez and Mark Assaad are on the ballot for Place 7.
