ANAHEIM, Calif. Elvis Andrus, manager Ron Washington’s trusty No. 2 hitter, was dropped to the bottom of the Texas Rangers’ lineup Sunday as he tries to work out of a 4-for-46 slump that was magnified Saturday during a 5-3 loss.Andrus twice struck out with runners at third base and two outs, and he ended the game as the potential tying run by bouncing into a double play. He said that he’s having difficulty reading pitches, but that was especially the case against Garrett Richards on Saturday. He understands the move to the No. 9 spot.“It’s not the first time that’s happened,” Andrus said. “I’m scuffling at the plate right now, and I’m up for anything if it helps the team.”Outfielder Daniel Robertson will bat second in his first career big-league start. He’s the left fielder as Shin-Soo Choo gets a day at DH. Leonys Martin gets a day off, and he will be replaced in center field by Michael Choice.Rangers lineup vs. LHP Tyler Skaggs: Shin-Soo Choo, dh; Daniel Robertson, lf; Adrian Beltre, 3b; Prince Fielder, 1b; Alex Rios, rf; Michael Choice, cf; J.P.
