Don’t rush to judgment

Dr. Tierce, the best vet around, has been our vet about 35 years.

We have had three dogs put down over the years.

One had cancer, one a broken back (a Doberman) and one twisted its intestinal tract.

The Doberman might have lived with treatment, but he would not have had the use of his back legs and would have needed a cart to stand and get around, unable to lie down without help. It was our choice not to put this very active dog through this.

In every case, we were presented with our options but we had to make the final decisions.

This vet is a caring person. Dog lovers should be glad he saved the dog.

On television, the dog was standing, clean and in good health, despite the whistleblower’s accusations to the contrary.

Don’t judge this vet. It sounds like he saved the dog from an untimely death.
