Mansfield police are looking for witnesses to a crash on U.S. 287 that seriously injured one person.

A tractor trailer truck in the northbound lane in the 4000 block of West U.S. 287 in Midlothian was attempting to cross the median to go south when it collided with a black Ford F-150 pickup shortly after 2 p.m. Thursday. The driver of the pickup was transported to Parkland Hospital via air ambulance.

Mansfield police, who responded to a request for assistance from the Midlothian Police Department, are asking that any passerby that witnessed the crash contact contact Sgt. Ken Hopkins with the Mansfield Police Department at (817) 804-5704 or via email ken.hopkins@mansfield-tx.gov.
