This is the finale of a four-game road trip for the Mavs, who are 3-0 after wins against the Los Angeles Lakers, LA Clippers and Sacramento Kings. ... The Mavs have won five consecutive road games. ... Monta Ellis scored 23 points in Sunday’s 93-91 win over the Kings. ... Dirk Nowitzki needs 18 points to pass the legendary Oscar Robertson for 10th place on the NBA’s all-time scoring list. Nowitzki was the Western Conference player of the week after averaging 25.3 points and 8.0 rebounds per game, and converting 56.5 percent of his field goals and 56.5 percent of his 3-point attempts.

About the Jazz: In a season that has gone all wrong, the Jazz has the worst record in the Western Conference. ... Utah has dropped 17 of its last 20 games and is 0-3 against the Mavs this season. ... The Jazz lost 130-102 at Golden State on Sunday. Rookie point guard Trey Burke had 24 points and 15 assists, and Alec Burks had 24 points and five assists. ...
