In wins last week over the playoff-bound Ducks and Sharks, right wing Patric Hornqvist had a pair of three-point games, giving him seven goals and seven assists in the past seven games. ... Goalie Carter Hutton, who entered this season with one game of NHL experience, is 19-11-4 and has won his last four starts. Hutton is 6-0-1 when facing 35 or more shots. ... Team captain Shea Weber has a point in each of the last three games and is tied for fifth in scoring (52 points) among defensemen. ... The home team has won each of the four previous meetings this season.

About the Stars: They went 3-2 on their season-long five-game road trip and come home for three in a row before ending the regular season at Phoenix on Sunday. Nashville and Vancouver have 81 points apiece and are teetering on playoff extinction. ... Forward Tyler Seguin has four goals and two assists in his past four games. His 36 goals on the season are tied with Sidney Crosby for sixth best in the NHL. Seguin’s 82 points are third in the league. ...
