A march in remembrance of Cesar Chavez in Fort Worth ended with a rally at Tarrant County College’s Trinity River Campus downtown. Chavez, whose birthday Monday is a Texas holiday, worked to promote equal pay and humane conditions for farmworkers. A movie about him opened nationwide last week.
