It’s designed to help everything — stamina, power, more quickness on my feet. Everything is light, nothing heavy.”Benefits of new workouts: “Well, I recover a lot quicker and that’s the main thing. Second of all, I’m a lot looser. So recovery and feeling loose, those are two main reasons right there.”On his old workouts: “They were more basic, just focusing on different sections of the body. I’d do upper one day, lower the next.”Telling number 2.46 Alexi Ogando’s career ERA as a reliever. He has a 3.40 ERA in his career as a starter. He said it“I hope it shows that I can be a starter.
