$1 million lottery ticket sold at Golden Triangle 7-Eleven

Someone was smiling Wednesday after buying a Texas lottery ticket at a convenience store in north Fort Worth that’s worth $1 million.

Lottery officials announced Wednesday on Facebook that the winning ticket was sold at the 7-Eleven at 4401 Golden Triangle Blvd.

The lucky buyer had not been identified late Wednesday.

There was no jackpot winner in Tuesday night’s Mega Millions drawing, officials said, but the winning ticket sold in Fort Worth was a “second-tier prize” worth $1 million for five matching numbers without the Mega Ball.

The winning numbers were 9, 14, 56, 57 and 69. The Mega Ball was 10.

The jackpot for Friday night’s drawing is an estimated $353 million, officials said.
