TCU swimmer Cooper Robinson earns NCAA bid

TCU junior swimmer Cooper Robinson has earned a bid to the NCAA Swimming Championships in the 200 backstroke, the NCAA announced Wednesday.

Robinson, who placed fourth in the event at the 2014 Big 12 meet, is the first TCU swimmer since Sabine Rasch (2012) to make the national meet, and first male since Edgar Crespo (2011).

The meet is March 27-29 in Austin.
