TCU’s baseball team returns home for 12 of its next 14 games, starting with a game at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday against Dallas Baptist at Lupton Stadium.

Jordan Kipper, who is 1-1 with a 6.30 ERA in two starts this season, is slated to start for the Frogs, who are 8-4 after dropping three of their last four.

The Frogs, ranked 22nd in the nation by Baseball America, are coming off a 2-1 victory against Houston in the last game of the Minute Maid Tournament on Sunday in the Bayou City after losing to Sam Houston State in the opener and falling 1-0 to Rice.

Dallas Baptist first baseman Mike Wesolowski improved his team-best average to .390 with eight hits in 19 at-bats over the weekend for the Patriots (9-2), who enter on a four-game winning streak.

Camden Duzenack leads Dallas Baptist with 16 RBIs, including a two-run double that drove in the winning runs in a 7-6 victory to lift his team to a three-game weekend sweep of Pennsylvania.

Boomer White leads TCU with a .364 average, while Kevin Cron is the team’s top run producer with nine.

The Frogs follow up Tuesday’s game with a three-game weekend set against Michigan State at Lupton Stadium beginning Friday.
