Southwest Airlines will begin flights to Mexico as part of its integration of AirTran Airways operations.The flights, now flown by AirTran, will start on Aug. 10 with daily nonstop service between Cancun and Atlanta and Baltimore. It will also operate daily flights between Los Cabos and Orange County, Calif. The Dallas-based carrier also announced Saturday-only flights between Cancun and Milwaukee and the Bahamas and Atlanta.Southwest said it will also begin daily flights between Denver and Cancun on Oct. 7 with Saturday-only flights between Denver and Los Cabos starting on Oct. 11.Earlier this year, Southwest announced its first international destinations of Aruba, the Bahamas and Montego Bay. They were the first routes that Southwest transitioned from AirTran Airways, which it acquired in May 2011.
